Expect to meet up with your team at least 3 times over the course of the weekend (3 or more hours daily depending on team availability and team proposed execution plan)
If you cannot be physically present at tall times to meet, be sure to communicate to your group how you can be best to collaborate and contribute via tools Google Drive, Google Hangouts, and Skype.

...in Nexus Maximus unless you have given specific permission from the course professor; however, you must communicate this scheduling conflict with your team members and determine what times that you are available to contribute to your team project on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Teams are required to send a member to each workshop session (sessions change on the hour). Each team member should plan to attend at least 2 workshops over the course of the weekend.
Each member should be as engaged as all the other members and contribute as equally to the proposed solution project.
